Management and Monitoring

LDS IT has implemented and utilised a ticketing system for managing and tracking issues, problems, changes and deployments for our clients who would normally find it costly to implement themselves. This gives our clients access to an information technology infrastructure library system where they can track incidents, problems and change requests through their entire business IT suite.

LDS IT has also adapted a well known monitoring solution to pro-actively monitor and report system outages and incidents directly into our ticket tracking system. This gives us the dynamics to know when, where and why a system or process has failed. As soon as a monitored system fails or breaches a set limit both the customer and LDS IT engineers are informed and action can be taken. This active approach allows us to gauge your business IT performance and react to incidents before they become problems or system outages.

Any number of systems can be managed and monitored using this technology including any Microsoft and Linux computers / servers, networking and most telecommunications systems.

These features are all included within our maintenance agreements but they are available separately too.
